This role drives data-informed decision-making across the website experience, delivering actionable insights that improve performance and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.Working closely with the website team, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role focuses on analyzing website performance, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that inform optimization and strategic direction. It also translates business questions into clear analytical frameworks and ensures consistent, reliable metrics for decision-making.The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with solid technical skills, including SQL and dashboarding. Comfortable working with large datasets, they define scalable metrics, focus on the “so what” to drive impact, and partner with analysts to transform raw data into curated, analysis-ready datasets that support website and business decisions.This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, digital experience, and business and is passionate about improving website performance through insights.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Influence: Identify high-impact opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to improve website performance and support business prioritiesProblem Framing: Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable outputsWebsite Analytics & Insights: Analyze website performance, user behavior, and key journeys; deliver insights to guide optimization effortsUser Experience Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer journeyExperimentation & KPI Tracking: Define and monitor key metrics, analyze A/B tests, and measure performance to drive continuous improvementStakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with the website team and cross-functional partners to align analytics with business needsMerchandising & Business Support: Provide ad-hoc analysis on category performance, assortment trends, and other business initiatives as neededData Enablement: Ensure high-quality, analysis-ready datasets and consistent metric definitions across the organizationQualifications:Experience: 5–7 years in web analytics, product analytics, or business analytics, preferably in e-commerce or digital environmentsSQL & Database Management: Expert-level SQL for complex data transformation, modeling, and analytical querying within cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)BI & Data Modeling: Proven experience building data models and dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Studio); experience with LookML or similar tools is a plusAnalytics & Dashboarding: Strong experience defining metrics, analyzing user behavior, and delivering actionable insightsBusiness Acumen: Ability to translate data into recommendations that drive website performance and business outcomesExperimentation & Testing: Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance measurementCollaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications:Experience in e-commerce or digital product environmentsFamiliarity with marketing, merchandising, or conversion analyticsExperience working with cross-functional digital or website teamsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to directly influence product strategy and business performanceCollaborative, dynamic work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits package Why You'll Love Working Here:Being at Cimpress means that you don’t see work as just a building, a desk, or a manufacturing floor.
