Job Description:Manage NHT for process training Manage certification of NHT Lead & direct team to focus in right direction Planning & review team performance Coordinate & cooperate with other training & support function for smoother daily transactions Client Management Curriculum & Content Re-haul Floor TNI Stakeholder Management Data maintenance & accuracy Client/ Stakeholder decks preparation Accurate EWS identification & attrition control Performance management of team Manage internal and external audit Should be able to manage change Critical competencies for the position: Team Management Training & Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Analyzing & Planning Ownership Coaching & Counselling Skills Knowledge/ Qualification: Graduation from recognized university / Under graduation with 12 months amount of experience Special Role Requirement / Shift timing: Should be willing to work in 24*7 work environment Work Experience Training Experience: +4 Years preferably from the LTL IndustryQualification : -Graduate from a recognized university
