Job Title: Data Analyst – AI & ML Experience: 3+ Years Location: Pune Joining Preference: Early Joiners PreferredJob Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting the development and implementation of data-driven models that assist business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.Develop data models and support AI/ML initiatives by preparing and validating datasets.Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to support machine learning model development and deployment.Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various data pipelines.Document analytical processes, models, and insights for future reference.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and data preparation for machine learning models.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning basics.Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Experience in building predictive analytics or AI-driven insights.
