Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in the Pune Division. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, crafting financial strategies, developing budgets, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The CFO will work closely with leadership teams to align financial goals with overall organizational objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and developing robust financial strategiesStrong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting standardsComprehensive understanding of Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-makingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency with financial management software and toolsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly desirableProven experience in a senior financial leadership role
