Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS).Assist in the preparation and analysis of MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.Leverage Tagetik (or similar platforms) to streamline MIS and performance reporting.Monitor day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing, vendor payments, and revenue recognition.Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reporting (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax).Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic decision-making.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.12+ years of relevant experience in accounts & finance, preferably in a trading or sales-based company.Proficiency in accounting software.Advanced proficiency in MS excel and Power BI. Experience or knowledge of MIS reporting, performance management tools (added advantage).Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and taxation norms.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
