We are looking for a Workforce Manager to lead workforce strategy, enabling optimal talent utilization, capability building, and long-term workforce planning. The role requires a strong focus on driving efficiency, improving bench management, and partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational growth.Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaximize Talent UtilizationMinimize bench time through effective allocation, maintain real-time dashboards for bench strength, cost, demand, and attrition, and continuously update skill inventory to ensure accurate project mapping.Skill Development and TrainingDrive continuous learning through training, skill assessments, cross-functional exposure, and partnerships with external institutions to keep the workforce aligned with market demands.Resource Allocation and ManagementManage end-to-end resource allocation based on skills and project needs, collaborate with stakeholders for demand planning, implement internal job postings, and proactively build capabilities aligned to future technology requirements.Talent Acquisition SupportPartner with HR by sharing skill gap insights, supporting hiring strategies, and participating in recruitment planning and interviews.Talent RetentionEnhance employee engagement through structured programs, career development discussions, mentoring, and clearly defined growth paths.Reporting and AnalyticsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports on utilization, bench, and attrition, while providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making. IT Support Tool DevelopmentCollaborate with IT teams to identify, develop, and enhance internal tools, leverage bench resources for tool development initiatives, and monitor effectiveness to improve operational efficiency. Technical SkillsOverall 5+ years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with 5–9 years of experience in workforce/resource management within IT services.Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource allocation, and project management concepts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Proficiency in HR tools, dashboards, and project management systems.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Proven ability to drive talent utilization, skill development, and retention strategies.Experience in building and tracking KPIs related to utilization, bench management, and workforce efficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
