Zensar Technologies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Treasury Experienced personal to join our team in Kharadi, Pune!Key Qualifications:CA3–7 years of relevant experienceTreasury & Cash ManagementAssist in daily cash positioning, fund planning, and bank balance monitoringPrepare short-term cash flow forecasts and variance analysisSupport optimization of working capital (receivables, payables coordination)Banking & Loan ManagementCoordinate with banks for day-to-day treasury operationsTrack loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest servicingAssist in documentation, renewals, and compliance of bank facilities (OD/CC/LC/BG)Forex & Risk ManagementMonitor foreign exchange exposures (imports, exports, loans)Execute and track FX forward contracts as per policyEnsure adherence to RBI / FEMA regulationsAccounting & CompliancePass and review accounting entries for borrowings, interest, forex transactionsEnsure timely bank reconciliations and confirmationsSupport statutory, internal, and bank audits related to treasuryReporting & MISPrepare treasury MIS, cash flow statements, and liquidity reportsSupport management with monthly finance and treasury dashboardsProcess ImprovementAssist in treasury process automation and ERP-related activitiesMaintain strong internal controls within treasury operationsKey Skills & CompetenciesSound knowledge of Treasury, Banking & Cash Flow ManagementBasic understanding of FX hedging instrumentsWorking knowledge of RBI/FEMA guidelinesStrong Excel skills (cash flow models, reconciliations, MIS)Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferable)Please go through the company details: your profiles:
