Execution Manager for Retail Projects (West)

Role Overview:The Execution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of retail store projects, including new store openings and renovations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining Technosport’s brand, design, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:·       Execute retail store projects from site handover to store launch.·       Coordinate with vendors, contractors, mall authorities, and internal stakeholders.·       Track and control project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks·       Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory norms.·       Oversee execution of store interiors, fixtures, branding, signage, IT, electrical & HVAC works.·       Conduct regular site visits and on-ground supervision.·       Prepare and share project progress reports and MIS with management.·       Proactively resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications & Experience:·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management.·       5–10 years of experience in retail store execution, store rollouts, or fit-out projects.·       Experience in fashion, lifestyle, athleisure, or activewear retail preferred. Key Skills:·       Strong retail execution and project management skills·       Vendor coordination, negotiation, and cost management·       Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities·       Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously·       Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Why Join Technosport?Be part of a high-growth Indian athleisure & activewear brandWork on pan-India retail expansion projectsOpportunity to own and lead regional store execution
