We are now entering an aggressive growth phase — and we're looking for a Head of Cityflo Corporate to own and scale this vertical.Cityflo is well-funded by prominent VCs — India Quotient, Lightbox Ventures.Website: App: Opportunity :This is a senior leadership role with a mandate to build and scale Cityflo's B2B business to 10x its current size over the next 3 years. You will own the full corporate mobility portfolio spanning Employee Transportation Services (ETS) buses & cabs, corporate car rentals, pay-per-seat modules, and school contracts and be responsible for the strategy, team and revenue outcomes of the entire vertical.This is a role for someone who has done it before: built enterprise sales engines, led large teams and navigated complex, multi-stakeholder deals in mobility, logistics or adjacent industries. You will report directly to the founders and have a seat at the table in shaping Cityflo's next chapter.Location: This is a location agnostic role. Given that a significant share of our B2B opportunity is concentrated in South India we have a strong preference for candidates deeply familiar with Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & RevenueOwn the P&L and revenue targets for the corporate sales vertical across all product lines.Define and execute a 3-year growth strategy to 10x B2B revenues, with clear milestones, segment priorities and go-to-market plans.Drive sales across Cityflo's full corporate mobility suite: ETS Buses and Cabs, Pay-per-Seat Buses, Corporate Car Rentals, and School Contracts and develop cross-sell and upsell strategies to deepen wallet share with existing accounts. Sales ExecutionLead pursuit of large, strategic accounts - targeting organisations with 1,000+ employees as well as institutional clients (schools, campuses, SEZs).Oversee and participate directly in high-value deal negotiations, RFP responses and contract closures.Build relationships at the CXO, CHRO, Admin Head and Procurement levels across target organisations.Establish robust sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline governance and forecasting rigour.Team & OperationsRecruit, develop and lead a high-performing corporate sales team across geographies.Set clear KPIs, build a culture of accountability and create structured development paths for team members.Work closely with City Heads and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Product, Operations and Finance to shape commercial offerings, pricing frameworks and SLA structures.Represent the voice of corporate clients internally to drive continuous product and service improvements.Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation, thought leadership and brand positioning in the B2B segment.What We're Looking ForExperience10+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales, with at least 3–4 years in a sales leadership role.Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in a high-growth environment - ideally in mobility, logistics, fleet management, SaaS or related sectors.Experience managing multi-product portfolios and diverse client segments (corporates, institutions, government bodies) is a strong plus.Demonstrated success in recruiting and leading large, geographically distributed sales teams.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, commercial structuring and complex negotiations.Data-driven: comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline analytics and performance dashboards.Exceptional communication and executive presence - ability to influence at the C-suite level.High ownership mindset - operates with urgency, accountability and entrepreneurial drive.Why CityfloReal scale, real impact - you'll be moving hundreds of thousands of people daily across India's largest cities.Greenfield mandate - the corporate vertical is primed for rapid growth; you'll have the resources & autonomy to build it your way.Competitive compensation - strong fixed pay, performance-linked incentives and ESOPs.If you are a passionate and results-oriented sales professional looking to make a significant impact on the future of urban mobility, we encourage you to send your CV to &
