We care deeply about doing meaningful work, bring real ownership to every engagement, and are genuinely invested in helping our clients succeed.Role SummaryWe are looking for a highly curious and driven RevOps Intern to work closely with SaasWin leadership on live client engagements.This is not a CRM admin role or a pure analyst role. We are looking for builders and problem-solvers who enjoy understanding how GTM teams operate, can break down business problems into structured solutions, and use AI naturally in how they work.You will get close exposure to real B2B SaaS clients and support work across GTM strategy, process design, systems thinking, and data-backed problem solving.What You’ll Work OnStrategySupport leadership teams in defining core GTM strategy elements such as ICP, segmentation, target account logic, territory and ownership approaches, and coverage modelsHelp shape operating models across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue teams, including how teams should work together, where ownership should sit, and how decisions should get madeAssist in structuring key RevOps recommendations around planning, review cadences, process design, org interfaces, and scaling prioritiesBreak down ambiguous client asks into structured problem statements, workstreams, and action plansProcessHelp design and document core revenue processes such as forecast process design, pipeline governance, lead and handoff workflows, renewal motions, compensation processes, and leadership review cadencesTurn client and internal working sessions into clear outputs such as process maps, requirement notes, decision logs, and action trackersHelp build repeatable operating structures that clients can run on their own once the process is set upSystemsTranslate RevOps requirements into clear working specifications for CRM admins, developers, and systems teamsHelp define workflow logic, reporting requirements, and system change needs based on the intended business processSupport QA and validation to ensure systems reflect the process correctlyUse AI as a first-principles way of working across research, documentation, analysis, synthesis, and problem solvingDataSupport analysis of pipeline movement, conversion trends, compensation inputs, and operational gapsHelp define the data points and reporting views needed for teams and leadership to run processes effectivelyAssist in building trackers, review packs, and structured inputs that support operating cadences and better decision-makingWho We’re Looking For1 to 3 years of experience, including internships, full-time roles, or serious side projects within high-growth startups or consulting firmsStrong curiosity about B2B SaaS, RevOps, systems, and process designFolks with a genuine penchant for data and crafting stories using dataBuilders and tinkerers who like solving business problemsComfortable with ambiguity and able to turn messy inputs into clear outputsStrong structured thinking, attention to detail, and written communicationNaturally inclined to use AI tools to improve speed and quality of workGood to HaveExposure to RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, CS Ops, consulting, or business operationsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or related GTM toolsExperience with automation, no-code tools, scripting, or AI workflowsPrior exposure to B2B SaaS environmentsWhy Join SaasWinWork directly with leadershipGet exposure to real client environmentsLearn RevOps through actual deliveryBuild strong instincts across strategy, process, systems, and dataDevelop practical AI-led working habits early in your career
