Supplier Development & ManagementIdentify and onboard new scrap suppliers locallyBuild long-term supplier relationshipsConduct periodic supplier performance evaluations2. Procurement & NegotiationNegotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedulesEnsure cost optimization and supply securityManage purchase cycles efficiently3. Market Intelligence & ComplianceTrack commodity price movements and market trendsMonitor regulatory changes impacting scrap procurementProvide insights for strategic sourcing decisions4.
