Role: Client Partner – US Region (Account Growth & New Logo Acquisition)Experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Pune/Nagpur (WFO)Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Client Partner – New Client Acquisition responsible for driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth in the US region. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.The Client Partner will act as the primary commercial owner for the region, responsible for building strong relationships with prospects and clients while working closely with delivery teams, practice teams, and product partners to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities1. New Client Acquisition & Revenue GrowthIdentify and pursue new logo opportunities in the US regionDevelop strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and industry segmentsDrive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureGenerate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, ABM strategies, and inside sales channelsBuild strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makersAnchor client discussions around business transformation and digital initiatives2. Account Development & Client EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clientsUnderstand client business priorities and align solutions accordinglyIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and solutionsDevelop account plans and growth strategies for new accountsAct as the primary escalation point for clients and ensure high client satisfactionDrive value-added initiatives, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions3. Solutioning & Sales EnablementWork closely with practice teams and delivery teams to design solutions aligned with client needsAnchor client presentations, proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)Lead the creation and submission of RFPs, proposals, and commercial bidsStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentDrive and strengthen product and technology partnerships in the regionCollaborate with product partners for joint go-to-market initiativesIdentify opportunities for co-selling and joint offeringsLead field marketing and partner engagement initiatives5.
