Job Description:

To manage and maintain accurate, integrated & reliable HR databases across global systems while delivering high-quality analytics and reporting. The role ensures clean master data governance, seamless data replication across HRIS and all the tools in place & generation of accurate HR analytics & workforce reports for Management Reporting & to support Business decision-making.Duties/Responsibilities/Activities: Advanced Excel expertise (mandatory)1. Maintain and govern HR master data across all global systems (HRIS, PMS, payroll, reporting tools).2. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.3. Prepare and analyze workforce and people cost reports, including cost waterfalls and variance analysis.4. Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders.5. Identify discrepancies and proactively drive data corrections.6. Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with manpower and cost analytics.7. Standardize reporting formats and improve automation.8. Ensure compliance with internal data governance and audit standards. Workplace Safety• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, participate in training, and report safety concerns promptly.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, Statistics, or related field. Prior experience in a multinational or multi-system environment preferred.Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics / HR operations / data management.Skillsets (Technical/Behavioural):Technical:• Advanced Excel expertise (mandatory) • Complex formulas (XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH / SUMIFS)• Pivot tables & dashboards• Data cleansing & validation• Strong HRIS experience.• Experience building people cost models and waterfalls.• Strong reconciliation and variance analysis capability.• Knowledge of data governance principles.Behavioural: • High attention to detail and data accuracy.• Strong analytical and structured thinking.• Ownership mindset and accountability.• Confidentiality and data sensitivity.• Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones.• Proactive problem-solving approach.
