Ltd. is a leading tech-enabled geotechnical engineering and ground investigation company delivering advanced investigation solutions for complex infrastructure projects across India.Our expertise includes:• Deep geotechnical drilling • In-situ testing (SPT, DMT, PMT, Packer Tests, Plate Load Tests) • Geophysical investigations • Hydrogeological investigations • Soil and rock laboratory testing • Engineering interpretation and reportingWe support major infrastructure projects including tunnels, dams, metros, mining projects, highways, and industrial foundations, working with leading EPC contractors and engineering consultants across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer who is interested in a technical business development role.The candidate should have a strong understanding of geotechnical investigations and site work, enabling them to engage with consultants, EPC contractors, and project developers to identify investigation opportunities and prepare technical proposals.This role combines engineering knowledge with client engagement and project acquisition.Key Responsibilities• Identify new geotechnical investigation opportunities across infrastructure sectors • Engage with EPC contractors, consultants, and project developers • Understand project requirements and recommend appropriate investigation programs • Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations • Support tender submissions and bid preparation • Coordinate internally with engineering, drilling, and geophysical teams • Participate in technical discussions with clients and consultants • Visit project sites and client offices when requiredIdeal Candidate Profile• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical preferred) • 3–6 years experience in geotechnical investigations, consulting, or site engineering • Good understanding of:Borehole investigationsIn-situ testing methodsGeophysical investigationsSoil and rock laboratory testing• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to discuss technical investigation programs with clientsWhy Join Soiltech• Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects across India • Exposure to tunnels, dams, mining, and complex geotechnical investigations • Combination of technical engineering and strategic business development • Strong growth opportunity within a specialized geotechnical organization
