We are looking for a Global Head of Brand & Reputation to shape how Persistent shows up, sounds, and is experienced—by clients, talent, partners, analysts, and employees.This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the enterprise brand, employer brand, and corporate narrative.The mandate is to build a brand that reinforces market credibility, accelerates growth confidence, attracts top talent, and reflects Persistent’s ambition and momentum across markets.This role brings together brand strategy, storytelling, experience design, employer branding, and reputation under a single strategic owner. It is accountable for ensuring the brand evolves in step with business strategy, leadership priorities, and the company’s next phase of growth—internally and externally.Role: Global Head of Brand & ReputationLocation: Pune & Delhi NCR Experience: 15 to 20+ yearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: Enterprise Brand Strategy & PositioningOwn Persistent’s global brand strategy, including positioning, narrative architecture, and differentiation across priority industries and offerings.Translate business and technology strategy into a clear, compelling brand story that is consistent across markets and stakeholder groups.Steward the evolution of the brand as the company scales.Integrated Brand Programs & Market PresenceLead global brand initiatives spanning campaigns, thought leadership platforms, flagship moments, executive storytelling, and customer advocacy.Partner with business and field teams to ensure brand programs strengthen market credibility and support demand creation and account progression.Employer Brand & EVP LeadershipOwn Persistent’s employer brand and EVP in close partnership with HR and leadership.Shape how Persistent is positioned as an employer of choice across recruitment marketing, culture narratives, and leadership storytelling.Ensure alignment between the external employer promise and the internal employee experience.Internal Brand & Culture EnablementDrive internal brand adoption so employees understand and confidently articulate Persistent’s story.Embed brand into leadership communications, onboarding, internal campaigns, and key engagement moments.Build brand as a shared organizational capability.Brand Experience & Digital PresenceOwn the brand experience across website, content hubs, social channels, executive profiles, presentations, and events.Ensure a modern, credible, and globally consistent experience that balances clarity, confidence, and substance.Partner with digital and content teams to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.Reputation, Influence & Narrative AlignmentWork closely with Corporate Communications to align brand narrative across media, analyst engagement, executive communications, and recognitions.Ensure consistency across earned, owned, and shared channels, especially during moments of visibility or change.Brand Governance & Operating ModelAct as the custodian of brand identity, voice, visual system, editorial standards, naming, and usage.Establish scalable governance to maintain quality, speed, and consistency across regions while enabling local relevance.Measurement, Insights & Brand ROIDefine and track brand and reputation metrics including awareness, consideration, sentiment, and brand contribution to growth and talent outcomes.Use insights and analytics to refine positioning, messaging, and creative effectiveness.Strengthen confidence in brand as a measurable business asset.Success Measures (12–18 Months)A clearly articulated and widely adopted enterprise brand narrative.Improved brand health and reputation metrics in priority markets.A differentiated and credible employer brand supporting talent attraction.Strong internal brand alignment and leadership storytelling consistency.Brand programs demonstrably supporting growth, visibility, and trust.Expertise You'll Bring: 15 to 20+ years in brand, corporate marketing, employer branding, or integrated marketing roles within B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or digital platforms.Experience building and scaling enterprise brands in complex, global organizations.Enterprise brand strategy and narrative designExecutive storytelling and strong editorial judgmentEmployer branding and culture-led communicationsAbility to influence across sales, HR, communications, and senior leadershipOperational rigor paired with creative sensibilityMBA or equivalent is required.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsAnnual health check-upsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
