We are looking for a talented SCP.SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST – SENIOR to join our team specializing in Planning for our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION in Pune MH..Total Experience: - 10+ yrsRelevant: - 10 yrs Location: - Pune MH Develop and provide supply chain analytics that cross organizations and Business Units, such as through put time, lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Make recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and/or inventory goals.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: To be successful in this role you will need the following: Develop supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible. Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis. Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports. Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators. Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans. Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable. Develop basic supply chain models for scenario analysis Conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis. Provide financial analysis as requiredReview system strategies and advise on changes to replenishment planning systems parameters as required.Analyse and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and define/follow-up on action plans.Initiate and drive analytics projects and working with respective stakeholders to execute on recommendations.Work with functional stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supplier or customer constraints. Mentor and coach supply chain planners/analysts.Ensure common processes are being utilized and internal controls are in place.Follow up on inbound, receiving discrepancies to make sure open POs and inventory are aligned between 3PL and Oracle system.Support team lead with reporting requirements like weekly KPI’s (BO, FAF & OTIF, inventory, past dues), E&O calculations.Special projects like new parts introduction, level loadingSupport audit and other ad hoc requests.Tableau & Snowflake support to build/optimize dashboards.Education and Experience:B.S or B.A in applicable field This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
