Job Description:

Process Management & Improvement1) Develop and maintain advanced compensation models and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BIand Tableau2) Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.3) Provide actionable insights to support decision-making related to salary structures, incentive plans, andtotal rewards.4) Collect, clean, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability of compensation data.5) Create dynamic and visually compelling dashboards to communicate complex data insights tostakeholders.6) Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.7) Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to design and implement competitive compensationstrategies.8) Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retainingtop talent.9) Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus allocations, andequity adjustments.10) Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation, including payequity and transparency requirements.11) Maintain documentation and audit trails for compensation decisions and processes.12) Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to align compensationstrategies with business goals.13) Provide training and guidance to HR and management teams on compensation tools, analytics, andbest practices.14) Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in compensation analytics.15) Identify opportunities to enhance compensation programs and processes through innovation and technology.People Management1) Conduct regular meetings with team leaders & resolve concerns2) Conduct skip level meetings with team members & resolve escalations3) Own rewards & recognition schemes for assigned processes/teams4) Oversee trainings for self & team leaders5) Oversee staff domain certifications6) Ensure completion of process certifications by all staff (Team leads & associate ) within pre-definedtimelines7) Liaise with recruitment team for recruiting new team members8) Identify & facilitate movements within the division for team leadsCustomer Service & SLA Delivery1) Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes2) Manage client relationships and escalations3) Strategic Initiatives4) Explore opportunities to move processes to the GSC satellite office5) Participate in special projects/organization wide initiatives
