This role is critical to fostering a positive work environment, developing effective HR policies, and driving strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals. The HR manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Responsibilities:-Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.-Handle employee lifecycle-Coordinate payroll, incentives, and benefits-Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to organizational planning.-Set and analyze workforce metrics (e. g., compensation, attrition, job levels) to deliver actionable insights for talent acquisition and retention.-Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.-Conduct regular check-ins with teams to proactively address workplace dynamics and concerns. -Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.-Promote employee engagement through wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.-Manage HR audits (including factory) and leadership-driven projectsRequirements:-Degree in human resources with 3-5 years of experience.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HR software and systems.-High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.-Start-up experience is preferred.-Strong HR operations & labor law knowledge
