The role involves hands-on analytics, building data-driven insights, and leading the development of analytical frameworks while working closely with a team of data scientists and analysts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and enhancement of analytical frameworks to solve business problemsPerform hands-on analysis of claims data and commercial datasetsWrite and optimize SQL queries to answer complex business questionsUse Python for data analysis, data manipulation, and modelingApply basic machine learning algorithms for predictive and descriptive analyticsCollaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions and insightsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analysesRequired Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in data analytics or data science rolesStrong experience working with claims dataProficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)Strong SQL skills for querying and data extractionExperience with commercial datasetsUnderstanding of basic machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work hands-on while guiding and collaborating with a teamNice to HaveExperience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services domainsExposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
