In this role, you will be the bridge between the bank’s technical leadership and our engineering teams. Your mission is to ensure that the suite of Intellect products being implemented forms a cohesive, high-performance ecosystem powered by our eMACH.ai (Events, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, Headless, and AI) framework.You won't just be reviewing designs; you will be shaping the architectural vision, making critical decisions, and driving engineering teams to deliver client success through technical excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Decision Making- Own the end-to-end solution landscape for the account, making definitive architectural calls that balance client needs with product integrity. - Translate the bank’s complex business requirements into scalable technical blueprints using the eMACH.ai framework. - Ensure all product implementations are composable and contextual, preventing "solution drift" and ensuring long-term maintainability.2. Client Stakeholder Orchestration- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Bank’s CIO, CTO and EA teams, acting as a trusted consultant to enable their transformation. - Lead collaborative design workshops with client stakeholders to align Intellect’s capabilities with the bank’s target state architecture.3. Engineering Direction & Governance- Provide active, "lead-by-example" governance to engineering teams, ensuring they adhere to defined patterns for microservices, security, and integration. - Drive technical consistency across multiple product workstreams to ensure a unified experience for the bank. - Conduct lightweight, high-impact design syncs to proactively identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks before they impact delivery.4. Performance & Future-Proofing- Oversee the "Architectural Health" of the account, ensuring systems are optimized for the high-NFR demands of a Tier-1 bank. - Use AI and automation enhancements within the account's ecosystem as part of the continuous evolution of the eMACH.ai stack.Mandatory Skills- Framework Mastery: Deep expertise in eMACH.ai principles (Event-driven architecture, Microservices, API-first, and Cloud-native). - Tech Stack: Java/Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka/Messaging queues, and experience with high-performance databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL). - Domain Excellence: Substantial background in Wholesale Banking or complex BFSI environments. - Leadership: Proven ability to drive engineering teams toward a technical goal without needing a formal committee structure.Profile Requirements- 20+ years of experience in architecture, with a clear history of managing large-scale, mission-critical banking implementations. - The "Architecture Lead": A rare mix of deep technical "hands-on" credibility and the executive presence required to manage bank leadership. - Decision-Driven: A track record of making tough architectural choices that led to successful, scalable deployments.
