About Atica: Atica is a technology company specializing in sales & revenue management for hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and Wyndham, etc.) Work mode : Work from officeJoining : ImmediateLocation : Pune, MaharashtraTimings : 5 PM to 3 AM IST - [5 Days Working]Salary Range : 4 LPAKey Responsibilities:Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks such as data entry, RFP answering, report generation, and process execution with a high degree of accuracySupport Functions: Assist Specialists and Managers with larger projects by performing specific tasks or gathering necessary informationProcess Adherence: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and reliability in operationsTool Usage: Utilize tools like CRM systems, reporting platforms (e.g., Metabase), and internal tools (e.g., Appsmith) to complete tasks efficientlyContinuous Learning: Stay updated with new processes, tools, and best practices to improve performance and efficiencyExample Tasks:Daily Data Entry: Input booking and revenue data into the relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
