Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testingImplement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templatingManage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injectionConfigure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase dataEnsure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraintsPartner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via mParticleRequired Skills and Experience6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign executionDeep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic contentStrong experience with mParticle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validationExperience configuring mParticle connections and feeds to downstream tools including BrazeFamiliarity with mParticle debugging tools to validate event flow, attributes, and user profilesExperience working with Census for data activation is a plusHands-on experience with Braze SDKs for mobile and web, including implementation best practices and troubleshootingStrong understanding of large-scale campaign execution and operational considerationsAbout the CompanyVRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company, committed to delivering end-to-end Digital solutions and services to its customers worldwide.
