We are hiring!Position: Branch Manager / Business Development Manager (BM / BDM – Primary Sales) Function: Channel Sales Industry: Solar / Renewable EnergyLocation: Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, PunjabExperience: 4–10 years of relevant experience in the solar or renewable energy sector, with strong exposure to primary sales and channel management.Role Overview: The Branch Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving primary sales, developing strategic channel partnerships, and leading business growth across the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:Drive primary sales and achieve regional business targetsDevelop, manage, and expand distributor and key channel partner networksLead market entry and business expansion initiativesPlan and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectivesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategiesEnsure effective coordination for collections and credit managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersQualifications & Skills:B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics preferredStrong knowledge of solar and power products (UPS, Inverters, Batteries, Solar Panels)Proven leadership and team-handling capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skillsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
