The company produce high alloy specialty steel products catering to critical end applications in industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Oil & Gas, Railways, Infrastructure, Marine etc. The company is a trusted partner for their customers to produce customized grade of steel for their varied requirement.Role SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, deep expertise in financial accounting, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Key Responsibilitie:-Financial Accounting & ReportingOversee GL, AP/AR, asset accountingEnsure timely closing of books (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Prepare/review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under Indian GAAP/Ind ASCoordinate statutory auditsPresent monthly MIS reports and performance analysisERP & Process ImprovementsEnsure accurate reporting via ERP (SAP preferred)Drive automation and process improvementsStrengthen internal controls and governanceTaxation & ComplianceManage GST, TDS, Corporate Tax complianceHandle returns, audits, and statutory filingsLiaise with consultants and authorities for assessmentsSpecial AssignmentsExecute CFO/senior management directivesMust-Have QualificationsCA (cleared within 2–3 attempts) 8–10 years (manufacturing industry preferred)Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, costing, complianceProficiency in SAP FICO and MS ExcelAnalytical, problem-solving, and presentation skillsLeadership, communication, and interpersonal effectivenessStrong grasp of accounting standards, taxation, costing, compliance (manufacturing sector focus)Proficiency in SAP FICO and MS ExcelAnalytical, problem-solving, and presentation skillsLeadership, communication, and interpersonal effectivenessDiscipline, hard work, and business acumenNice-to-Have SkillsThe role demands strong business acumen and leadership skills to support strategic decision-making
