Job Title: Vice President – LegalJob Summary: The VP–Legal will oversee land title clearance up to the NA stage, manage all litigation matters, and handle drafting and vetting of key legal documents. The role includes coordinating with senior advocates, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing timely legal advisory to support real estate transactions and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities 1. Title Search up to N.A. o Ensure all existing lands cleared up to the Non-Agricultural (NA) Order stage. 2. Litigation Monitoring & Coordination o Supervise ongoing litigation across all courts and ensure timely legal action. o Ensure timely filing of replies, affidavits, and compliance with court directives. o Oversee updated litigation tracker and regularly brief management on case status and critical developments. 3. Drafting & Legal Documentation o Draft and review legal documents including agreements, notices, replies, and legal correspondence. o Prepare and review documents including Joint Venture (JV) Agreements, Sale Deeds (SD), Buyer Agreements, Land Acquisition Agreements, and Land Sale Agreements. 4. Liaison & Advocacy Support o Brief senior advocates for cases in the High Court and Supreme Court. o Develop and implement legal strategies and timelines for each case in accordance with upcoming court schedules. 5.
