Staffing Sales Closure Pitch staffing and recruitment solutions Close contracts across permanent hiring, contract staffing, and staff augmentation Own pricing, commercials, and negotiation3. Revenue & Growth Drive monthly and quarterly billing targets Build repeat business and multi-mandate accounts Expand accounts across roles, teams, and locations4. Founder-Aligned GTM Strategy Co-create sales playbooks with the Founder Test markets, industries, and pricing models Share ground-level insights to shape strategy5. Fulfilment Alignment Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure delivery Set realistic expectations with clients Ensure speed, quality, and client satisfaction6.
