TCS is Hiring Subject Matter Expertise - LogisticQualification : Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.Experience : 1 to 5 yearsJob Description :To be able to execute E2E logistic services. Experience in handling customer interactions via email / chat pertaining to bookings, export import procedures, custom validation and filing process. Knowledge of tariff and HTS code classification, import validations and paper works requirement. Execute defect free export, import documentation, validation for custom filing meeting rules and regulation as mentioned in SOP. Ability to provide best practices and support in training and productions of documentation.Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes – Air and OceanMinimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in air logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain.Ability to execute / process business related task / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companiesExperience in operations, performance management and drive for improvementsMust have knowledge of Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demandsA Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management, and procedures followed in end to end export import documentation.If Interested, please share CV on Mail Id komal.wakalkar@RegardsKomal Wakalkar
