This role will act as abridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities Configure, support, and optimizeWorkday HCM modulesincludingCore HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking Gather, analyze, and translatebusiness requirementsinto effective Workday solutions Design, configure, and testbusiness processes, security roles, and data validations Provide functional support forWorkday integrations(EIB, Core Connectors; Studio – coordination level) Develop and maintainWorkday reports and dashboards(Advanced, Matrix, Composite) Performunit testing, regression testing, and UAT ; support Workday releases Troubleshootproduction and post-production issuesand ensure timely resolution Supportdata loads, audits, and compliance requirements Collaborate withHR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors Maintainconfiguration workbooks, SOPs, and functional documentation✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience inWorkday HCM configuration Expertise inCore HCM, BPF, and Workday Security Solid understanding ofHR business processes Experience withWorkday reporting Basic understanding ofWorkday integrations and data flows Stronganalytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have Workday HCM certification(s) Experience withWorkday releases and feature adoption Exposure toPayroll, Benefits, or Talent modules Experience inmulti-country or large-scale Workday environmentsHow to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume
