The ideal candidate will have worked in one or more of the following roles:Experience in incubation/ innovation centres or entrepreneurship programs supporting early-stage foundersPart of an early-stage startup team with exposure to product development, go-to-market activities, or fundraisingProduct management experience (minimum 2 years) in a technology-driven startupExperience working in a startup environment from idea or prototype stage through early growth.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct workshops and mentor student or early-stage startups.Good to Have:Basic awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, Web3, or similar areas.Key Responsibilities :Design and deliver course content covering the startup journey, from idea validation and MVP development to go-to-market and fundraising.Guide student teams through the early stages of building a startup through lectures, workshops, and hands-on mentoringFacilitate ideation exercises and support teams with basic market research, including understanding customers and competitorsSupport teams in scoping and developing MVPs or simple prototypes, and in exploring early go-to-market approachesAssist student teams in preparing for fundraising by supporting the development of pitch decks, milestone plans, and short pitches.
