This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of components and materials while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. The Strategic Sourcing Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, to drive efficiency and innovation in sourcing activities.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost savings. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to enhance supplier network. Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess supplier capabilities, industry trends, and cost structures. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure best-value procurement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity. Support localization and sustainability initiatives to align with company goals. Maintain accurate sourcing data and reporting in ERP and procurement systems.Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in supplier evaluation, contract management, and cost analysis. Familiarity with global sourcing, procurement regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
