Process Manager- Water /Waste Water Treatment

Experience- 11-18 YearsQualification: Diploma (Chemical), B.Tech.(Chemical) BE (Chemical), M. Tech (Chemical)Responsibilities-1. Checking of basic enginnering document including Equipment layout, PID, PFD, HFD, Water Balance, Mass Balance & energy Balance, Line sizing, pressure drop calculations for pumps, chemical requirement calculations etc.2. Preparation and checking of Data sheets - static Equipment, bought out items, instrumentation, inputs to civil items etc., Electrical load list, control philosophy, Chemical & utility requirement3. Vendor offer evaluation for Bought out items - Technical scrutiny, order specs, approval of post-order documents4. Quick learning of internal processes, documentation and following SOP. 5. Working with cross functional team for smooth completion of project. 6. To perform activities like FAT for PLC/DCS software, 3 D model review, HAZOP7. Interaction with client for approval BEP document. 8. Attending KOM, HAZOP and other technical discussion at client’s place.9. Ensuring client's specifications are implemented in engineering.Technical Competencies 1. Knowledge of process engineering, hydraulic calcultions, Mass balance, Water chemistry2. Knowledge of MVR & thermal design3. Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Membrane software, Chemcad, Aspen, HTRISkills1. Experience of handling of team of 3- 6 members.2. Knowledge of hydraulic calculation, design of heat exchangers, sizing of vessels,3. Knowledge of pump selection4. Knowledge of WTP/UF-RO/ETP, RO projections,5. Knowledge of biological waste treatment6. Knowledge of evaporation technology and thermodynamics7. Hands on experience of management of day to day activities
