Job Title: Integration Consultant (HCM Functional Consultant)Location: Pune Experience Range: 3-12 YearsQualification: BE/Btech/Any equivalent Bachelor's degreeRole overview:Engage with our clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs regarding the HCM implementation of various modules.Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through some onsite person) in designing and building a solution that meets their needsUtilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve moderately complex issuesWork cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projectsDrive consistency into delivery practices by leveraging implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organizationAbility to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM/ 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)Key responsibilities:Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software.Experience with various HCM modules- Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.Global HCM Implementation experience would be an add-onProven knowledge of SQL, SDLC & AGILE methodologies.Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.Excellent communication and consulting skills.
