Business Analyst - US Healthcare Domain (3-5 years)

Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare domain, including one or more verticals such as Provider, Payer, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather and define requirements, and contribute to the optimization of products or services.You will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. A strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and regulatory frameworks is essential.This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge healthcare technologies and the opportunity to collaborate with domain leaders.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, leveraging your healthcare domain expertise to understand and address their healthcare IT needs effectively.Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practicesConduct gap analysis and process mapping for existing and future workflowsWork with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UX designersConduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions, considering factors such as technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client objectivesParticipate in client meetings and presentations, articulating the benefits and advantages of our healthcare IT solutions while addressing any concerns or questions raised by the clientConduct market and competitive analysis to support product roadmap planningAssist in data analysis and reporting using healthcare data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI)Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the US healthcare IT landscape, incorporating relevant insights into our sales and marketing effortsSupport the project team by providing valuable insights and guidance based on your domain expertise, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of healthcare IT solutionsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, leveraging your understanding of their evolving needs and challengesRequirements:Demonstrated expertise in the US Healthcare IT specifically in provider and/or payer vertical, along with strong understanding of clinical, claims, or revenue cycle workflows.Possessing 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in the US Healthcare Domain is a must.Experience working with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards is a must.Proficiency in healthcare operational workflows, including familiarity with EHR systems (such as EPIC, ATHENA, CERNER), EMR, and standards like HL7 and FHIR.
