This role involves managing multiple calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth and effective communication across internal teams, stakeholders, and executives.The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be adept at managing multiple leadership priorities, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and initiative. The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and diplomatically is critical for success in this high-impact, US night-shift role.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for multiple senior leaders, ensuring clear communication of timing and prioritiesCoordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership to schedule meetings efficiently and convey information accuratelyOrganize and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports with clarity and professional communication standardsRecord minutes of meetings (MOM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholdersScreen, prioritize, and manage emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and precise communicationMaintain confidential documentation, correspondence, and records with professional discretionSupport leadership with ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks while maintaining clear, proactive communicationEnsure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables from meetings, communicating updates effectively to relevant stakeholdersServe as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal communicationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field7+ years of experience supporting executives or leadership teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaborating with US-based leadership and multiple internal stakeholdersExcellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently, proactively, and handle confidential information professionallyComfortable working in the US Night ShiftPreferred Skills:Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneouslyFamiliarity with calendar management tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platformsExperience in global or multinational organizationsStrong interpersonal skills, diplomatic communication, and ability to manage complex interactions effectivelySolution-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environmentsPerks & Benefits:Family Health InsuranceProvident Fund benefitsNight Shift AllowanceSafe and reliable cab facility for pickup and dropRewards & Recognition programsEnergetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
