Position: Closing Manager – – Real EstateDepartment: Sales ClosingLocation: Kondhwa, PuneReports To: HR - 9112999944About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Closing Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling walk-in clients at the site, understanding their requirements, delivering effective project presentations, and driving successful closures. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets for Pyramids Properties by building strong client relationships, managing the end-to-end closing process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to booking.Key Responsibilities Requirements:- Meet and greet walk-in clients at the project site. - Ensure appropriate hospitality and client comfort prior to initiating discussions.Rapport Building:- Review the client enquiry form; if the GRE is unavailable or occupied, ensure the form is completed by the Closing Manager. - Introduce yourself to the client and build rapport using information from the enquiry form. - Understand the client’s exact requirements, preferences, and budget. - Deliver project presentations in a structured and sequential manner. - Achieve closures, bookings, and token collections at targeted rates. - Complete all documentation procedures accurately and in a timely manner. - Conduct regular, timely, and consistent follow-ups for revisits and closures. - Perform tele-calling to clients for new leads or fresh data as instructed by seniors or management. - Submit daily plans each morning and end-of-day reports to the reporting manager. - Learn and effectively utilize the company ERP system for reporting, calling, and related activities. - Actively participate in promotional and lead-generation activities planned by the developer, Pyramids team, or Site Head. - Provide support to other departments during absences or emergency situations. - Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management as per role requirements.
