The ideal candidate will independently handle key clients, lead internal teams, manage multi-agency coordination, and drive strategic planning and creative development across various marketing verticals.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end client relationships for key accounts. - Drive integrated campaign development across marketing, creative, digital, and activation touchpoints. - Create marketing strategies, client briefs, and execution plans. - Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign roadmaps to clients. - Lead and mentor a team of servicing executives and coordinators. - Manage client budgets, profitability, timelines, and billing workflows. - Coordinate with creative, digital, strategy, media, and production teams for seamless execution. - Supervise on-ground activities, vendor coordination, and third-party partners when required. - Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns with high-quality output. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell the agency’s full suite of services.Experience Required- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing within marketing, advertising, digital, or activation agencies. - Strong leadership and account management capabilities. - Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns, brand communication, digital projects, or on-ground activations. - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.PerksBeyond compensation, you will be part of a fun, high-energy work culture where:- Hierarchies exist mostly on paper—everyone is approachable. - Teams believe in balancing work with a lot of fun. - Office parties are taken very seriously, and skipping them is almost impossible ;) - And yes… offering a chocolate always helps when you ask someone for a favour!
