We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Role and Responsibilities - Candidate would be part of Fixed Income Application Support team, interfacing with Credit Front Office users, notably the portfolio trading algorithm group within Fixed Income Trading.Key responsibilities:- Respond to production system queries, exchange connectivity issues, and system outages. - Identify root causes of production issues using languages and protocols like Python, SQL, and FIX, and collaborating closely with support and engineering teams to create solutions. - Installing, configuring, testing, deploying, and upgrading software on the ION trading platform - Monitoring and maintaining the production environment, creating metrics and dashboards to oversee platform capacity/load, data quality, and overall system health. - Developing and maintaining thorough documentation for all support processes, bug and enhancement tracking to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency in service delivery. - Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving stability or enhancing current features or developing new workflows. - Mentoring and training junior team members, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Qualifications and Education Requirements:- 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services Technology.
