Responsibilities: Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline. Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain” Step 1 Aptitude test, this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less).
