Branch Manager - Staffing Operations (Pune & Ahmedabad)

We serve a wide range of industries and bring together global best practices with deep local market expertise to deliver flexible, scalable staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning- Support the Regional Operations Head – West in creating the 3-year strategy and annual budgets.Team Operations- Handle HR operations escalations and ensure timely resolutions. - Manage team performance through reviews and activity tracking. - Ensure budgets, resources, and productivity goals are met. - Share regular performance reports and help improve processes.People Management- Recruit and onboard key team members. - Guide, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals. - Identify training needs and work with the Business Head and Training team on development plans.Client Service- Build strong relationships with key regional clients. - Understand client challenges and offer effective solutions.Business Development- Acquire new clients. - Grow business from existing clients through strong service and delivery.Education & Experience:- Postgraduate degree in Business Management (any discipline). - 8+ years in operations and statutory compliance; experience in recruitment/staffing is an advantage. - Proven ability to lead teams, manage profit centres, build networks, and deliver strong customer service.Core Competencies:Strategic Thinking & Planning: Thinks ahead and creates clear, practical plans.Team Building & People Development: Builds strong, collaborative teams.Driving Results & Excellence: Sets high standards and continuously improves.Managing Change: Adapts quickly and helps others navigate change.Customer Focus: Understands client needs and delivers value.Communication: Communicates clearly and adjusts to the audience.
