Feel free to apply!Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end logistics operations: domestic & international shipments, freight negotiations, transport planning and compliance.- Manage warehouse planning, layout optimization, storage standards, safety protocols, and material handling efficiency.- Oversee inventory health — cycle counts, reconciliations, shrink control, and real-time stock visibility across all locations.- Build SOPs for receiving, storage, kitting, QC, and dispatch; ensure strict adherence to timelines.- Develop a reliable vendor network for 3PLs, transporters, packaging, and warehouse infra — with continuous cost optimization.- Track and improve operational KPIs: turnaround time, order fill rate, freight cost, stock accuracy, damage/loss, and returns handling.- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, After-Sales, and Finance to keep the supply chain flowing without excuses.- Drive digitization — implement barcoding, WMS enhancements, and automation opportunities.- Lead and motivate warehouse teams; ensure high productivity and discipline on the ground.- Maintain statutory compliance related to logistics, warehousing, labor, and safety.Must-Have Skills:- Deep expertise in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of import-export, customs processes, and documentation.- Proficiency with ERP systems- Data-driven mindset — decisions backed by analytics, not gut feel.- Problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.- Team leadership with a bias for action.
