********************************Immediate Joiners Only***************************************Creospan is hiring for Product Owner – Custody & Trade Settlement for one of our leading Banking & Wealth Management clients based in Pune, India.Experience: 10+ YearsLocation: Kharadi Pune (Hybrid)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong functional expertise in Custody, Trade Settlement, and Asset Servicing domains. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact financial products that enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and align with evolving regulatory requirements.This is a client-facing, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional squads to define the product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable post-trade solutions across regions.Preferred Background:- 10+ years of total experience preferably within BFSI domain, with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. - Strong domain knowledge of Custody, Trade Settlement, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, or Post-Trade Operations. - Proven experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets. - Hands-on experience in Agile delivery frameworks, backlog management, and sprint planning. - Exposure to technology modernization (API integrations, UI revamps, or data migration projects). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams. - Certifications like CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMP are an added advantage. - Strong analytical and leadership qualities with a results-oriented mindset.Reporting & Delivery Environment:- Reporting To: Senior Product Head / Program Manager - Team: Cross-functional squads including developers, BAs, testers, and architects - Scale: Global banking platforms with users across multiple countries - Product Stage: Mix of new product builds and enhancements to existing custody platformsCompany Profile:Creospan is a subsidiary of Creospan Inc., headquartered in Chicago, IL.
