Financial Planning & Analysis: LeadLocation: Pune (Baner) - Work From OfficeOpportunity: FP & A LeadExperience Range: 4-8 years in IT/FintechJob Summary:The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and strategywhile also monitoring and analysing- market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to inform and help develop the company & business strategy. They will workclosely with the senior management team and will have a strong analytical mindset, goodcommunication skills, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.What you will do:● Develop and implement financial strategies, including long-term financial planning,budgeting, and forecasting● Create and maintain financial models to support business planning, investmentdecisions, and strategic initiatives● Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights tosenior management.● Provide financial analysis and decision support for various business units, includingDupont analysis, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure evaluations.● Conduct research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, andcompetitive activities to inform strategic decision-making● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in ourproduct offering, and potential threats to the business● Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations tostakeholders/senior leadership.Skills:Qualifications:• MBA/CA in business, finance, or a related field.• At least 8-9 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a similar industry• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financialdata into actionable insights and business acumen• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, witha strong sense of ownership and accountability.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
