Strategic Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Associate Strategic Sourcing– Procurement Services to support our clients with end-to-end sourcing solutions. This role involves managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously, performing due diligence, analyzing proposals, and supporting various sourcing activities aligned with client strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Manage 7–12 simple or intermediate sourcing projects (RFP, RFQ, RFI) simultaneously. - Support teammates with RFx development, NDA management, spend data analysis, and proposal summarization. - Validate project requests, identify missing requirements, and coordinate with requestors for clarification. - Prepare bid packages, publish them to suppliers using eSourcing tools, and follow category strategy guidelines. - Conduct supplier research and discovery as required. - Analyze supplier proposals, prepare summaries, and present findings concisely to clients. - Maintain project documentation, including spend and savings records, status updates, and compliance checks. - Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and adherence to WNS procurement methodology. - Support other procurement services such as spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in procurement and sourcing. - Deep expertise in at least 2 sourcing categories and good understanding of an additional 5–10 categories. - Strong knowledge of pricing structures, cost analysis, bidding processes, and key vendor management.Skills & Competencies:- Excellent analytical and project management skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in eSourcing tools and procurement software. - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.To Apply: Send your resume to Siddharth.Sankpal@Subject Line: Strategic Sourcing Specialist
