We have multiple roles in Consumer Credit RiskLooking for candidates from Investment banking firmsDescription: Senior leader driving strategy, governance, and execution across credit risk data, compliance, operations, and technology.Key responsibilities: Lead teams and programs; strengthen governance/controls and mitigate operational risk; ensure regulatory adherence; oversee data integration/transformation (incl. third-party data); drive innovation/automation and process optimization; manage stakeholders/vendors and partner with legal/compliance/audit.Own end-to-end credit risk data lifecycle; implement data governance/controls; ensure compliance with applicable regulations; identify/mitigate data/model/compliance risks; collaborate across Risk/IT/Compliance/Legal/Finance and external partners; lead automation/efficiency initiatives (incl. AI/ML).Qualifications: 10+ years in credit risk/financial services/tech ops/project leadership; proven team leadership; deep knowledge of risk models/decisioning/regulatory reporting; data governance expertise; proficiency with SAS/SQL; excellent communication and stakeholder management
