Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital ExcellenceRole Summary:The QA Analyst will lead the design and execution of quality validation for DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, cloud environments and observability frameworks. This role requires strong technical depth to collaborate with DevOps, Architects and Platform Engineering teams to define test strategies, automated validation patterns and reliability checkpoints.Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end QA strategy for CI/CD pipeline validation, including build integrity, environment readiness, deployment workflow validation, approvals and failover testing. - Define and implement automated validation scripts for pipeline and infra checks. - Validate Observability setup, including metric instrumentation, distributed tracing, logging pipelines and alert efficiency analysis. - Perform reliability validation: failover, rollback, auto-scaling triggers and DR workflow testing where applicable. - Drive root-cause and impact analysis for pipeline failures and environment defects. - Develop reusable test assets, QA playbooks, checklists and traceability models. - Mentor QA team members and define best practices. - Act as key QA stakeholder in release planning and go-live assessments.Required Skills & Experience:- Deep working knowledge of CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins). - Practical experience validating cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes workloads. - Strong hands-on exposure to Observability stacks (Grafana + Prometheus preferred; Datadog / New Relic / ELK / OpenTelemetry experience is a plus). - Ability to analyze logs, traces, dashboards and SLO/SLI implementations. - Experience writing automated test scripts (Python, Shell, or any CI validation automation framework). - Strong troubleshooting & collaboration skills with engineering and platform teams.
