TCS BPS IS HIRING FOR Mortgage Specialist role at Pune!Kindly go through the norms below and apply only if its relevant forJob Role: Mortgage SpecialistJob Location: PuneExperience required:- 2 to 6 years of work experience in Mortgage origination/servicing domainJob Requirement:- Any full-time graduate (10+2+3). - Immediate joiners are preferred. - Willingness to work in night shifts. - Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand) - All educational and employment documents are mandatory to haveSkill Requirement:- Experience in mortgage servicing/ mortgage origination is preferred. - Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processes and financial regulations i - Good Analytical skills, excellent judgment, logic and reasoning - Being Flexible for working in Multiple Shifts - Computer literate and strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniques - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a Team environmentJob Description:- Reviews forms, disclosures, and other documents to validate information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Tracks compliance questions and requirements - Closely work with underwriters for Various denial reasons and Denial codes - Communicates with loan officers/area managers/team members to provide direction and guidance on applicable regulations. - Knowledge of two federal laws the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), as implemented by Regulation B, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) - Disclosure requirements under the FCRA mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) - Take action on the application and notify the applicant according to Regulation B’s standard notice requirements - Validates the denial codes are Accuracy of the codes - Knowledge of underwriting policies and guidelines."TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
