Product Sourcing Manager ( China Sourcing)

Responsibilities:- Supplier Discovery: Research and identify potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. - Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of suppliers, considering factors such as product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability. - Product Sourcing: Actively source products that meet specific product specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. - Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. - Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure that sourced products meet or exceed our standards. - Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. - Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging product opportunities. - Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product pricing.Skills & Qualification:- 3+ years' experience in product sourcing (Consumer Durables). - Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, P&L preferred. - Self-starter, and problem solver to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them. - Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast-paced environments ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.Note: Candidates from a product development and Sourcing background will be preferred.
