Client- MNC BankRole – Test Project ManagerLocation- PuneDuration- Till Oct 2025 (Renewal/ Contract to Hire)Prefer - 30-45 Day notice periodBudget - Max 15-17 LPA (Based on skills)Job Description :We are seeking a Test Project Manager (PM) to support the Testing Manager on a large-scale GMI replacement programme. The role will focus on coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders, and driving successful execution of the testing strategy. This is a critical role in a high-profile transformation programme impacting futures and listed derivatives businesses.Key Responsibilities* Work closely with the Testing Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for the GMI to XTP migration.* Manage test planning, execution tracking, defect triage, and reporting across multiple workstreams.* Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders.* Maintain clear test governance, documentation, and adherence to programme timelines.* Support environment planning, data readiness, and cutover simulation testing.* Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and driving mitigations.* Ensure business users, product managers, and operations are fully engaged in test cycles.* Produce status reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and readiness for migration.Skills & Experience* Strong background in **test/project management** within large-scale technology or transformation programmes within a Tier 1 Bank.* Markets experience is preferred, ideally in Futures and listed derivatives Operations or Product functions.* Demonstrated experience coordinating testing cycles, defect management, and test governance.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technology.* Experience with migration programmes (e.g., GMI, XTP, or other post-trade platforms) preferred.* Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or Technology preferred).* ISTQB or equivalent testing certification advantageous.* Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) desirable.
