Power Platform Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing and coordinating the testing activities of a software project or program - Monitor the testing process and ensure that all testing activities are completed on time, within budget and with high quality. - Main point of contact for all test-related matters and works closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets requirements and standards. - Pronounced customer orientation, independent working methods and a high demand towards the quality of your work.Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge:- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in similar roles in eCommerce or digital environments (agile and/ or waterfall) - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies & best practices - Strong ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, combined with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude - 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting - Very good knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Devops, Jira, Xray, Confluence - Basic knowledge of test automation and the tools commonly available on the market - Analytical and solution-oriented ability to think, curiosity and a high willingness to learn - Leadership competence, communicative and social competence, business fluent and good knowledge of EnglishEducation:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldCertification or Training (If any required):- ISTQB certification desirable - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) v4.0 or an equivalent certification is mandatory, as it demonstrates the candidate’s ability to successfully perform in the Tester role.
