This role involves strategic oversight, managing client interactions, and providing deeper domain expertise on deliverables. The RM reports directly to the Client Growth Team (CGT) Leader.Location:- Pune/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Gurugram INDKey Role Deliverables:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction - Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight on deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations - Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction - Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction - Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients and incorporate it into client-specific training manuals and processes to continuously improve service quality - Team Direction: Provide direction to the various TresVista delivery teams assigned to the client, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives - Strategic Contributions: Lead or join special commercial projects, provide training, and contribute insights to specific initiatives - Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to other Junior RMs, Senior Sales Development Associates (SSDAs) and Sales Development Associates (SDAs) in the team - Key Performance Indicators: - Annual Contract Value Added (ACVA): The main KPI will be to increase the overall firm revenue from the clients, measured as ACVA - Account Plans: Develop clear account plans with the ultimate objective of growing TresVista's commercial relationship with the client - Client Engagement Expansions: Increase the number of client engagements - Client Integration and Satisfaction: Ensure high integration and client satisfaction levels - Client Engagement Attrition: Mitigate and minimize client engagements attrition - Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell TresVista solutions and servicesPrerequisites:- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously - Good understanding of financial Markets like Private Equity, Secondaries, LP, GP, Public/Private Credit will be preferred - Skill in analyzing client portfolios and identifying gaps or opportunities - Strategic planning to align client goals with financial products and services - Understands what AI is (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing) and how it differs from traditional automation - Understands how AI helps tailor product offerings and communication based on client behavior and preferences.Experience:- 10-15 years of experience in managing global accounts, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industryEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - An MBA or equivalent is preferredCompensation:- The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
